Bvlgari Hotels & Resorts transforms hospitality into an immersive journey defined by culture, magnificence, and style. From Rome to Tokyo, from Dubai to Paris, from Milan to Bali, from London to Beijing and Shanghai.

Challenge

To craft a social media and content strategy that honors and expresses the distinctive global identity of the Bvlgari hospitality project, while elevating the unique character of each individual property.

Idea

A global strategic framework and tailored guidelines for each property. Starting from the brand’s positioning and adopting a holistic approach, we crafted a cohesive narrative grounded in industry insights and trends, while remaining true to Bvlgari’s heritage.

From Vision to Storytelling

Following the strategic definition of style and content, and the launch of seven new Instagram profiles, dedicated training sessions were conducted for all properties to support the implementation of the strategy, content production and channel management.

A Global Architecture

For the global Instagram profile of Bvlgari Hotels & Resorts, an integrated content plan was developed in coordination with both the properties and the Bvlgari brand, alongside the implementation of a dedicated tool for reporting and performance monitoring.
