Challenge
Managing a complex digital ecosystem, where user experience, content, technology and system integrations had to evolve in a coordinated way.
Idea
A full rethink of the experience, with a renewed visual language, a new homepage designed to guide users from the very first moments, and smoother navigation enabled by micro-interactions and enhanced product listing filters.
Dedicated Design System
A flexible and scalable library, made up of essential modules and components, formed the foundation of the design development with a mobile-first approach, extended responsively across all formats to ensure a consistent experience on every device.
Experiential Gift Finder
It elegantly curates an array of gift options, inviting visitors to discover unique wellness journeys that inspire, guide, and ultimately convert, solidifying QC Spa’s reputation as the ultimate destination for crafting and sharing unforgettable moments of well-being.
